If you have previous hospitality or customer-facing experience, that's fantastic, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more. We'll teach you the rest.
THE NON-NEGOTIABLES (please only apply if ALL of these are true):
✔ You can be scheduled on ANY of the 7 days (Mon-Sun), including weekends, opening shifts (from 06:30am) and closing shifts (until 17:45m). You'll usually work around 3 shifts a week, but those shifts can fall on any day. We rota to the needs of the café, so set days or "only certain days" won't work for this role
✔ You are looking for a permanent role, not temporary or summer work
✔ You are not studying and don't have fixed weekly commitments that restrict your availability
✔ You are fluent in spoken & written English
✔ You have the right to work in the UK (we do not pay cash in hand)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service that makes guests want to return
- Prepare drinks & food to TAG standards
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and organised
- Work confidently during busy rushes
- Support the team and contribute proactively
- Follow our hygiene and safety protocols
- Bring ideas, energy, and positivity into the workplace
