Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the value of properties, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimising operational efficiency. Your proactive approach will help maximize property performance while delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike. Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant/landlord relations
- Oversee the compliance of your portfolio ensuring required certificates are booked and completed.
- Utilise property management software such as Alto, Fixlfo & Jupix to track rent payments, tenancy agreements, and maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet safety standards and upkeep quality.
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and tenants to facilitate repairs and improvements
- Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry and administrative documentation
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue streams
Skills
- Proficiency with Alto or similar property management software
- Strong office experience with excellent data entry skills
- Proven administrative experience managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated aptitude for upselling services or upgrades to clients
- Organised with keen attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting
