We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Support professional to join our team, providing support to our Financial Advisers and assisting with the needs of both new and existing clients.
This is an office-based role, providing the opportunity to work closely with our Financial Advisers and wider team in a professional and collaborative environment. We are open to discussing full-time or part-time working arrangements for the right candidate.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in Financial Services, ideally within an IFA or financial advice environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as a key point of contact for clients, liaising with product providers to obtain information on existing arrangements, preparing client review documentation, processing servicing requests and carrying out a range of general administration duties.
To be successful, you will be confident and personable, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable meeting with clients when they visit the office.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for new and existing clients
- Preparing for client reviews and ensuring all relevant information and documentation is available
- Supporting the firm's Financial Advisers with non-client-facing tasks relating to the preparation and administration of recommendations
- Implementing recommendations, including preparing suitability reports and completing applications and proposal forms
- Preparing and maintaining accurate client files, ensuring all relevant information is obtained to support recommendations
- Ensuring client files contain all required documentation and remain compliant with the firm's procedures and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties as required
- Processing client servicing requests and other administrative tasks
The Ideal Applicant
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in Financial Services, ideally in a client support role within an IFA firm
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Experienced in using provider websites and financial services back-office systems
- Able to demonstrate strong written and numerical skills
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Personable, professional and enthusiastic
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
