Job Description:
As a bartender at Number 25, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Time Keeping:
Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts and ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.
Following Instructions:
Adhering to management directives and company policies to maintain high standards.
Following Spec Sheets:
Preparing drinks according to our established recipes and presentation standards.
Customer Interaction:
Confidently engaging with customers, making them feel welcome, and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
Spirit and Liquor Knowledge:
Utilising your expertise in various spirits and liqueurs to craft perfect drinks and educate customers.
Barista Training:
Leveraging your barista skills to prepare coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
Key Qualifications:
Strong time management skills with a commitment to punctuality.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and spec sheets accurately.
Confident and personable, with excellent communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation.
Previous barista training or experience is highly desirable.
Ability to hold engaging conversations with customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
