Facilities Administrator/Receptionist
Location – Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire
Hours – 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday covering the hours between 8am – 5pm
Salary – £23,222- £24,430.00 per annum (RFJ 3)
The role
The Facilities team are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team who will be based at the head office in Coalville.
This person will be responsible for helping to provide a reception service and administration support to the Facilities team. Duties will include providing front of house greeting service for all visitors, customers and contractors attending the head office, checking the Facilities team email inbox and action/escalate items as required.
The ideal candidate
Customer service is key in this role, and we'd love to hear from you if you:

Have previous experience delivering administration and reception services

Have excellent customer service skills

Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently
Do you have a passion for providing good customer services and can demonstrate excellent communications skills with the confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders?
Do you have a high level of IT competency, with a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Office 365?
