Job Specification

Day-to-day management of the properties, organising contractors and maintenance throughout the tenancy

Arranging for gas safety certificates, EICRs, HMOs and all other legal certifications

Overseeing the tenancy changeover period and the associated works

Assisting with the lettings process from start to finish - advertising properties, managing enquiries, viewings, etc

Preparing and sending tenancy documents for future tenants, managing deposit payments and registration

Resident in Manchester with the right to work in the UK
Starting in November 2025 with a temporary contract, with the expectation to become a permanent role at the end of 6 months.
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, flexibility around core hours worked. Rostered Saturday cover with time in lieu.
Occasional Sunday and evening hours during the busy periods (esp. November/early December and the changeover of tenancies in summer). Time in lieu.
