We are looking for an experienced and flexible barista to join our brilliant team in Chapel Allerton, starting in early September. The role is FT over 5 days and may include weekend work.
We will also expect the successful candidate to assist with set-up, clean-downs, till work, cash-handling and general customer service.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work during the Christmas and summer holiday periods.
Experience of working in a busy cafe and making beautiful coffee is essential.
A bit about Bluebird Bakery:
We are a family-owned 'real-bread' bakery with shops in Malton, York, Leeds, Acomb, Holmfirth and Beverley. All our products are hand-made and we use long-fermentation methods, with no need for improvers or additives.
We bake with 100% organic flour and source locally, where possible. We work with a team of talented bakers, baristas and brilliant shop staff - many have been with us for years.
All our staff receive free bread and lunches.
