We invest in our people and provide ongoing technical and professional training. By focusing on developing our team, we've grown consistently year on year. We now have an opportunity for a skilled Domestic Air Conditioning Engineer to join us in a service and installation role.
You'll have a fully stocked vehicle, an experienced warehouse team, and the day-to-day support of an experienced Service Manager and dedicated office team - handling bookings, parts and admin so you can focus on the job in hand. You'll also have multiple shift patterns to choose from, including the option of a 4-day week and a 3-day weekend. There's no 24/7 callout to worry about, and all your work will be located within 25 miles of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of domestic air conditioning systems
- Service, maintenance and fault-finding on AC systems
- System upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- Commissioning and testing of new installations
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in air conditioning is essential
- F-Gas certification is essential
- Experience with split and multi-split systems is essential
- Experience with heat pumps or ventilation systems is preferred but not essential
- Electrical knowledge or relevant qualifications would be advantageous
- A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine love of solving problems
- Good planning and organisational skills, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Great communication skills, with the ability to be open, honest and approachable with every customer
- A team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment
