Responsibilities
- Monitor entry points and common areas to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and support to enhance their experience while maintaining security protocols
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the premises, identifying potential hazards and reporting them promptly
- Manage crowd control during events or busy periods to prevent incidents and ensure smooth flow of guests
- Collaborate with management to implement safety initiatives and emergency response plans
- Document incidents, safety concerns, and daily activities accurately in reports and logs
- Provide guidance on safety procedures to staff and guests, promoting awareness and compliance
Experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality or guest services environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse situations confidently and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a lively setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols, crowd management techniques, and emergency procedures preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest services while maintaining a safe environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to safety concerns or incidents
