The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Joiner to join our busy, high performing Responsive maintenance team! We are looking for a joiner to carry out general work on maintenance; major and minor construction works on a CIS basis Monday to Friday. We have high standards of Health & Safety and quality with all the work we do.
About You
You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to work towards deadlines whilst working in a conscientious and tidy manner using your own initiative. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and to be able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
You will have:
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 trade qualification (or equivalent)
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work and perform in accordance with the requirements of Health & Safety
- Available to work across the Lancashire area with the occasional overnight
- Willing to undertake DBS check
