Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and confident Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a customer facing, door-to-door sales role where you will visit residential properties, speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and promote our products and services.
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You will need to be confident speaking to people, comfortable working independently, and motivated by achieving targets and earning good money.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential areas and engage with potential customers face to face.
- Introduce and explain our products and services in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate new leads and sales through door-to-door activity.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activity.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous sales, field sales or door-to-door experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.(preferred but not essential).
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with members of the public.
- Have a positive, resilient and professional attitude.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Be willing to learn and take advantage of the training provided.
Training & Development
Full training will be provided, so previous door-to-door sales experience is not essential. We are looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
