Commercial Partner (Independent Partnership)
Enasni Connections is seeking its first Commercial Partner to help build the commercial foundations of a growing development and improvement ecosystem.
This is an independent, performance-based partnership for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, creating opportunities, and helping people access high-quality development and improvement starting with coaching.
The Commercial Partner serves as the client’s commercial steward, guiding prospective clients from first conversation through to the commencement of coaching.
This is not a coaching role.
This is not a traditional sales role.
The objective is to cultivate trusted relationships, create commercial clarity, and support long-term client success.
Responsibilities
- Build professional relationships within the local community.
- Generate and qualify new opportunities.
- Conduct Pre-Discovery and Discovery Calls.
- Complete Clarity Call Handovers.
- Explain Enasni and the partnership model.
- Match clients with the appropriate Coaching Partner.
- Lead Strategy Calls.
- Facilitate payment and onboarding.
- Facilitate Follow Up Calls.
- Maintain long-term commercial relationships.
- Identify future opportunities and referrals.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication.
- High integrity.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Commercial confidence.
- Self-management.
- Genuine interest in human development.
- Comfortable working independently.
Sales experience is welcomed but not essential.
Character, stewardship, and trusted professional relationships matter most.
Partnership Model
- Independent Commercial Partnership.
- Performance-based commission.
- Remote-first.
- Flexible working.
- Founder mentorship.
- Structured progression pathway.
- Partner Protection Membership.
- Paid within 24 working hours once commission conditions are satisfied.
Partner Protection Membership
Commercial Partners may choose to join the optional Partner Protection Membership.
The membership is designed to support independent Partners through a growing ecosystem of professional development, mentoring, wellbeing resources, community, and additional support as the organisation grows.
Location
Remote, with a preference for applicants based in Liverpool or the surrounding area who already have strong local community and professional connections.
Applicants outside the region may be considered; however, preference is given to Commercial Partners with existing connections to the local community.
Preference is given to Commercial Partners who build relationships within their own local communities, wherever practical, as this becomes vital as the team expands.
Pay
Performance-based earnings through an Independent Commercial Partnership. Illustrative gross annual earnings at entry level are £45,000–£56,250. Long-term partnership progression offers the potential to earn £138,240+ gross per annum, depending on partnership level, market served, and sustained performance. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend upon successful client acquisition, payment, and commission eligibility.
Progression
This partnership has been designed for long-term growth.
As Enasni grows, opportunities may emerge to progress into leadership, specialist commercial markets, strategic partnerships, and future development layers across the wider Enasni ecosystem.
Progression is earned through stewardship, demonstrated capability, and sustained value creation.
Technology
Commercial Partners should feel comfortable using modern digital tools, including but not limited to:
- Notion
- Slack
- CRM systems
- Video conferencing
- Artificial Intelligence tools, including ChatGPT
Training and support are provided during onboarding.
Ways of Working
Commercial Partners enjoy significant independence.
Success is built upon:
- Ownership
- Professional communication
- Accurate documentation
- Continuous learning
- Relationship stewardship
Freedom is accompanied by responsibility.
Closing Statement
