You'll also play a key role in maintaining brand consistency as our creative output scales, including across multi-format stores and a wide variety of channels. If you're passionate about design, brand consistency and production excellence, this role offers a strong blend of creative ownership and hands-on delivery.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead the adaptation and production of creative campaigns across digital, print, above-the line, below-the-line, and in-store marketing channels.
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Provide art direction for campaign rollouts, maintaining creative integrity across all formats and store environments.
- Produce and adapt artwork for digital advertising, social media, websites, point-of-sale, signage, large-format print, and promotional materials.
- Create motion graphics, animations, infographics, and other visual content to support marketing and business communications.
- Produce print-ready artwork, ensuring files meet supplier specifications and industry standards.
- Design internal communications, training materials, presentations, customer documentation, and employer branding assets.
- Act as the creative production lead, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and People (HR) teams to deliver projects on time and to brief.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, printers, and production suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Support partnership, sponsorship, and event branding through the creation of high-quality promotional materials.
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries to ensure consistency across all business communications.
- Ensure all creative assets comply with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements, including finance and promotional messaging.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, production efficiency, and design standards across the business.
We think this role would suit someone who has:
- Solid design experience (5+ years), ideally within an in-house, agency or studio environment.

- Confidence across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with motion capability in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong production knowledge, including CMYK colour, bleed and safe zones, and large-format print preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with regulated financial or legal content.
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to maintain brand integrity across a high volume of varied work.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to act as a senior, stakeholder-facing point of contact.
