Job Overview
Medsolve are a recruiting an Enablement team to work between 2 packages of care in the NE5 area.
In this role you will support parents with their child to get ready for school, and or their return from school - along with accessing the community.
Drivers with their own business insurance are desirable.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
- Support with medication administration in accordance with prescribed guidelines
- Facilitate meal preparation and feeding assistance to ensure nutritional needs are met
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional wellbeing
- Support with behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care areas
- Provide transport assistance for appointments or outings, ensuring safe driving practices
- Respond promptly to client needs and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and observe any changes in health or behaviour
Hours / Mon - Sun potentially 2 - 6 hours per day
a range of hours are required
- Earliest start 07: 00
- Latest Finish 20:00
Saturday & Sunday - hours during day.
