Chef de Partie / Sushi Chef
SALARY: £14.00 per hour
LOCATION: Berwick Street, Soho London
OPPORTUNITY: An exciting opportunity for a CDP / Sushi Chef to join the opening team of a new Australian sushi QSR.

Who we are looking for:
- Japanese culinary experience preferred
- Management experience (+1 year) in high volume casual dining or QSR site, is a plus
- A reliable and energetic team member
- Someone with empathy, fairness, and genuine care for their team members
- A chef with focus and passion for their craft
Role and Responsibilities:
- Produce dishes with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a 5* food hygiene environment at all times, with no compromises.
- Support customer enquires and dietary requests, when required
