The Vacancy
We're looking for a Superfund Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major programme supporting the launch of TPT's Superfund proposition. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping an innovative solution within the pensions industry while delivering meaningful change across operations, technology and customer services.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll oversee multiple interconnected workstreams, manage complex project dependencies and ensure successful delivery of operational, business and technology outcomes. A key focus of the role will be the implementation of the Procentia pension administration platform and supporting operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex project workstreams.
Managing project plans, risks, dependencies, governance and budgets.
Coordinating business, operational and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Leading platform implementation, integration and operational readiness activities.
Managing suppliers, implementation partners and key stakeholders.
Providing clear reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
Supporting testing, data migration and business transition into operational delivery.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Experience delivering complex projects or programmes within pensions or financial services.
Experience implementing pensions administration platforms or large-scale business and technology change, preferably Procentia
Strong understanding of pensions operations, administration processes and technology platforms.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and third-party suppliers.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders.
Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or MSP is desirable.
Experience of Superfunds, DB pension consolidation programmes or bulk annuity transactions is desirable.
Knowledge of pension scheme transitions and onboarding activities.
Understanding of pensions regulation and operational readiness programmes.
Experience using Smartsheet or similar portfolio management tools.
