We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team and help drive the business forward.
The Role
This is a key position within the business, acting as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team. You will help keep the business running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating activity, and ensuring key priorities are delivered.
You will be at the centre of communication and organisation across the company, making sure everything is planned, tracked and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the Leadership Team
- Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and take clear, accurate minutes
- Track actions and ensure follow up on key business priorities
- Act as a central point for internal and external communication
- Support reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Handle confidential information professionally and securely
- Coordinate cross team activity and support key initiatives
- Assist with client communication, proposals, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support project coordination and progress tracking
- Manage office logistics and supplier coordination
- Identify and improve administrative processes
- Provide general support to leadership including research and planning
- Support to sales including invoicing and logistics

About You
You are highly organised, detail focused, and confident working with senior leaders. You take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things running efficiently.
You will likely have:
- Experience supporting senior leadership or management teams
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, solution focused mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- A professional and discreet approach to sensitive information

Working Pattern and Benefits
- 28 hours per week (flexible across Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid working
- Minimum 1 day per week in our Fleet office
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- +1 day per year of service, up to 30 days (pro rata)
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Salary is Pro-rata
