What you'll be doing
As an Insurance Advisor, you'll speak with new and existing business customers to understand their requirements and guide them towards the most suitable insurance cover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers who have pre-booked appointments to discuss their insurance needs.
- Building rapport and understanding each customer's business and requirements.
- Providing insurance quotations and explaining policy options clearly.
- Helping customers choose the most appropriate cover for their business.
- Identifying additional products where they genuinely add value to the customer.
- Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What we're looking for
We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with customers and providing a high standard of service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment.
- At least one year's experience in a sales driven role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using IT systems.
- Good numeracy skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
What you'll receive
- Salary of £30,000–£32,000, depending on experience.
