We are seeking an energetic and friendly Sunday Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team! Fixed hours per week:
Sunday - 11:00 - 4:15 (30 minute break)
4.75 hours total a week
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs throughout the day
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries clearly and confidently
- Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and tidy
- Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash or card payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Uphold store standards by adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills to manage stock, keep displays appealing, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
- Friendly attitude with a proactive approach to assisting customers and working as part of a team
