Job Title: Care Worker
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as full training and support will be given
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in English is required
- Possession of a car is preferred but not essential
