Assistant General Manager
Salary: £37,000 per annum, plus bonus of up to £7,000 per year
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Typically 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday)

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 12 months' experience operating at Assistant General Manager level.
- Experience leading teams of 15 or more employees in a busy hospitality, retail or customer-focused environment.
- A proactive leadership style and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- A track record of creating positive team cultures and motivating people to perform at their best.
- Strong commercial awareness and an eye for operational detail.
- A commitment to delivering consistently high standards across service, cleanliness and team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
