Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Cooks, Servers, and Kitchen Porters to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Assist in the presentation and garnishing of meals to ensure visual appeal
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support the team with general kitchen duties such as stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist with setting up dining areas for service and clearing tables after guests depart
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour suitable for guest interaction
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings as required
- Basic understanding of health & safety standards within a kitchen setting
- Previous experience serving or working in hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
