Duties
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Prepare and restock bar supplies as needed throughout shifts
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy environment at all times
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Good organisational skills with effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well within a team in a dynamic environment
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required
