Live-In Care Assistant – 1 to 1 care in customers own homes.
Location: Various locations across Devon including Exeter, Exmouth, Dawlish, Honiton, Newton Abbot and all surrounding areas.

You will need to travel to Exeter to attend training Monday- Friday prior to starting an assignment and will have to arrange your own accommodation and travel (part reimbursement for accommodation)

Your Role as a Live-In Care Assistant
As a Live-In Carer, you will live with a customer in their home and provide consistent, compassionate, high-quality care for 2-6 weeks at a time.
Personal Care and Wellbeing
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting with medication routines
- Encouraging good nutrition and hydration
Daily Living Support
- Meal preparation, shopping, and household tasks
- Using mobility aids safely (e.g. hoists, wheelchairs)
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home
Companionship and Social Support
- Building meaningful relationships through conversation and activities
- Supporting customers with outings, appointments, and social engagement
- Helping with correspondence, calls, or maintaining contact with loved ones
Health and Safety Monitoring
- Observing and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
- Recording care provided clearly and accurately
- Following all safeguarding and health & safety protocols
