We are a FAMILY BUSINESS and Main Dealer for Mitsubishi and KGM, looking for a customer focused Sales Executive to join our team to sell KGM / Mitsubishi L200 and Outlander and a range of used vehicles. The ideal candidate to be customer orientated, friendly, and listen to the customer and qualify their needs. Must have confidence to talk to people and demonstrate the product to customers on site and off site. Prospecting is a key element of the role. This role requires excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- The Sales Executive role is the heartbeat of our dealership. You will manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring every customer journey is seamless and enjoyable.
- Proactively manage and follow up on customer leads (digital, phone, and showroom walk-ins).
- Expertly present and demonstrate our range of new and/or used vehicles, including features, benefits, and optional extras.
- Conduct professional, enthusiastic, and safe test drives.
- Effectively negotiate sales, part-exchange values, and finance packages to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all brand products, competitor models, and finance regulations (FCA).
- Utilise the CRM system to manage customer data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline effectively.
