Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, colouring, styling, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to provide the best service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon/spa.
- Educate clients on beauty treatments and recommend products.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a beautician or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to client satisfaction.
