As a Business Operations Advisor within the Corporate Affairs team you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset. Acting as a trusted advisor and coordination lead, the role will bring expertise in business operations, stakeholder engagement and delivery of functional priorities, following best practice across planning, reporting and operational management.
The Business Operations Advisor will support the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in driving business priorities forward and lead coordination of key strategic and operational activity across the function, ensuring effective visibility, alignment and delivery. They will act as a central point of coordination between the executive and the wider team, enabling alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day delivery, and supporting the overall effectiveness and performance of the function.
The role will also provide targeted executive support where required, ensuring the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer is effectively supported in managing priorities and stakeholder engagement, while maintaining a primary focus on driving outcomes and delivery across the function.
