As Room Leader, you will be part of our City Gateway Day Nursery senior team and take leadership of your room. You will set the standard for childcare practitioners and work closely with management to ensure best practice.
Your key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality education and care for children from 6 months - 5 years

Creating a warm, welcoming environment where children and families feel valued

Planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum

Leading and supporting your room's Nursery Practitioners
-
Building positive relationships with children and their families
You will be Level 3 qualified with a minimum of 24 months post-qualifying experience in early years education. You are also motivated and passionate about working with children and their families, and committed to providing a safe and stimulating learning environment where our children can grow and develop.
