We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our ambitious and friendly Marketing and Admissions team at Farnborough Hill, from September 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
You will play a key role in shaping how one of Hampshire's leading independent girls' schools is seen by prospective families and the wider community. Working closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you'll combine creativity with strategic thinking and use your professional insight and storytelling skills to build our reputation, strengthen pupil recruitment and community relationships and help celebrate everything that makes Farnborough Hill distinctive.
You will enjoy generating fresh ideas as much as analysing campaign performance; creating exceptional content comes naturally to you, and you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen. You'll have the opportunity to influence and deliver projects across admissions, digital marketing, events, public relations, partnerships and brand development.
This is a full-time, term time only plus Inset days role, plus four weeks in the school holidays, with normal hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The role will involve attendance at events which fall outside of normal working hours and may require occasional local travel.
The salary will be competitive, in the range £32,000 to £35,000, dependent upon qualifications and experience. In addition, the School offers: free on-site parking, contributory pension scheme, ‘Death in Service’ (four times salary paid to next of kin as a lump sum), fee remission for a daughter attending the School, in line with the current policy, subject to the usual standards and procedures for admission.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly regarded and successful girls' independent school with motivated pupils and a strong pastoral ethos.
Farnborough Hill is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. Successful applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate DBS Code of Practice check.
