Park Lane Wellness is an exclusive luxury private spa located in the heart of Mayfair, offering bespoke wellness experiences to a discerning clientele. We are looking for an exceptional Luxury Spa Receptionist who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating an unforgettable guest experience.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced receptionist who has previously worked in a 5-star hotel, luxury spa, or other premium hospitality environment and understands the level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail expected in luxury hospitality.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a luxury spa, 5-star hotel, or premium hospitality environment (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a warm, welcoming manner.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using booking systems and handling guest enquiries professionally.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a polished, professional appearance.
- High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm, discreet, and professional when assisting VIP and high-profile guests.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment they arrive.
Our spa specialises in private spa hire, so every booking is carefully tailored to our guests. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, answering enquiries, coordinating with therapists, maintaining the presentation of the reception area, and ensuring every guest receives a truly five-star experience.
Maintaining exceptional standards of organisation, professionalism, and presentation is essential.
