Duties
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and presented attractively
- Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Keep the catering area clean, organized, and hygienic in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Replenish supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly for smooth service delivery
- Support with setting up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Handle customer inquiries politely and promptly, creating a positive dining experience
- Follow all food safety protocols and report any issues or hazards immediately
Requirements
- Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items
