We are looking for a caring, empathetic, and customer-focused Client Care Phone Operative to join our Client Services Team. This role is at the heart of our business, providing reassurance and guidance to grieving pet owners while ensuring their wishes are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Care Phone Operative, you will be the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their pet's journey with compassion and understanding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and other client communications.
- Explaining our services and guiding clients through the options available to them.
- Recording client wishes accurately within our CRM system.
- Providing reassurance and support during an emotional time.
- Liaising with veterinary practices and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Following through on commitments and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Building positive relationships with clients through excellent service and genuine care.
