Provide an inviting and welcoming reception service to all entering into the Nursery, ensuring security is maintained at all times
Deal with prospective parents and handle any questions or queries, directing them to the appropriate person
Answer telephone enquiries and transfer to the appropriate person
Manage the reception area, assisting visitors, staff, door entry and release
Distribute Visitors Badges as appropriate Order Nursery supplies and log any maintenance issues
Updating attendance hours, parent information, address changes etc.
Maintain employee files as directed by the Nursery Manager
General typing/filing support
Gain an understanding of all policies pertaining to employees, regulatory requirements and the organization to support the Nursery operationally
