Multi-Drop Delivery Driver – Self-Employed
£165.50–£182.20 per day | Immediate start | Van available
Danube Courier Services Ltd is recruiting reliable, customer-focused drivers for stable, long-term multi-drop delivery routes.
No delivery experience is required. You will receive three days of paid training, pre-planned routes and access to driver support whenever you need it.
Earnings and payments
- £165.50 per day for short-wheelbase van routes
- £182.20 per day for long-wheelbase van routes
- £122.60 per day for any 6h route if available
- Additional performance-related parcel bonuses may apply
- £0.25 per business mile fuel reimbursement
- Three paid training days at £128.70 per day
- Paid weekly every Tuesday, with work paid three weeks in arrears
- £1,000 welcome bonus for eligible drivers joining with their own suitable van
- Referral rewards: £200 for an eligible referred new driver and £150 for the eligible referrer

What the role involves
You will complete a pre-planned multi-drop delivery route, providing a safe and professional service to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading, scanning and delivering parcels
- Following the planned route and delivery instructions
- Completing proof-of-delivery requirements accurately
- Looking after the vehicle and reporting any issues
- Communicating professionally with customers and the driver-support team
- Following all road-safety and operating procedures
Routes are planned for approximately nine hours and do not include fixed customer delivery appointments. Actual completion times may vary depending on parcel volume, traffic and delivery conditions.
Need a van?
You can use your own suitable van or rent one through DCSL:
- Short-wheelbase van: £210 per week
- Long-wheelbase van: £250 per week
Rental includes insurance, servicing, tyres and repairs. Personal use is permitted, subject to the vehicle rental agreement and insurance terms.
Requirements
To join us, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old, as required by the vehicle insurance policy
- Hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK
- Have held your licence for at least 12 months
- Have no more than six penalty points
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be willing to complete a DBS/background check
- Be reliable, safety-conscious and customer-focused
- Be comfortable completing an active, multi-drop delivery route
Previous delivery experience is not required. Full training is provided.
