Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search | £25,000–£28,000 + Uncapped Commission

Zearch is a fast-growing executive search firm placing VP and SVP-level leaders at some of the world's leading tech companies. We're expanding our research team and looking for a driven, commercially minded individual to join us on the ground floor.
This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be headhunting — identifying and engaging senior talent across global markets, shaping real hiring decisions for major tech brands.
What you'll be doing
You'll join our research team as a Recruitment Researcher, working directly alongside experienced Business Developers and Directors on live executive search mandates. Day to day that means:
- Mapping and approaching senior candidates across global tech markets
- Conducting screening calls and structured interviews with executive-level professionals
- Building and managing candidate relationships through full search processes
- Becoming a specialist in a defined market vertical, with a clear path to market ownership and team leadership

What we're looking for
You don't need recruitment experience — we'll train you. What matters is that you're commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by results.
You likely come from one of these backgrounds:
- B2B sales
- Estate agency or lettings
- Any target-driven, client-facing role where you've had to work hard to earn
If you're early in your career but hungry, apply anyway — we consider candidates without a formal sales background where the right attitude is there.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 year's experience in a sales or target-driven role
- Full right to work in the UK
- Based within commutable distance of Hove, East Sussex only
