As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you won't just be "sitting at a desk"—you’ll be orchestrating the salon floor, ensuring every guest feels pampered, and keeping our stylists on track.
This part time position will include working every other Saturday.
Your Role & Responsibilities
You’ll be the "Director of First Impressions." Your day-to-day will include:
- Guest Relations: Greeting clients, managing the check-in/out process, and providing top-tier refreshments.
- Booking Mastery: Managing the salon software, handling phone enquiries, and optimising the stylists' schedules to ensure a smooth flow.
- Safety First: Performing and arranging mandatory patch tests for new and returning clients.
- Revenue Growth: Taking payments accurately and confidently upselling our premium retail products and add-on treatments.
- Communication: Offering a fabulous first impression and handling client feedback with grace.

- Sales Flair: You don’t need to be a "shark," but you should feel comfortable recommending products that truly benefit the client.
- Organisational: The ability to multitask under pressure
- Reliability: Showing up on time with a ready to go attitude is essential.
