About Us
Come Together Community Support provides person-centred support to vulnerable adults living in supported living accommodation. We're growing our team in Lambeth and looking for two reliable, compassionate Support Workers to join us.
About the Role
We support two 6-bed supported living properties in Lambeth. We're looking to appoint one Support Worker per house, so each service user builds a consistent, familiar relationship with their worker. The two post-holders will also provide cover for one another's house during sickness or annual leave, so some flexibility and willingness to work across both properties when needed is essential.
This is not a personal care role. You'll be providing practical, social and administrative support to help people live independently and access the services they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3 hours of one-to-one support per service user, per week (6 service users per house)
- Complete regular review forms recording progress, needs and outcomes
- Signpost and support service users to access relevant services (e.g. financial support/benefits advice, health, community and social activities)
- Build positive, consistent relationships with the service users in your house
- Provide cover at the partner property when your colleague is off work
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with company policy
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with vulnerable adults (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent communication and basic administrative/record-keeping skills
- A patient, reliable and compassionate approach
- Comfortable signposting people to external services and support
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

Location Lambeth, London (one fixed property per worker, with occasional cover at the second property)
