Sales and Marketing Executive
The Role
A pivotal role within the busy Flightworx Sales Department. The Sales and Marketing Executive is an integral part of everything we do in managing and developing relationships with Flightworx’ clients, ensuring that our sales and operational processes continually flex to meet their requirements, in order to retain their business. Identifying and bringing in new business, either upselling to existing clients or signing up new clients, is an equally important part of the role along with ensuring that our services are marketed effectively across the industry media. And ensuring all related data is captured and managed effectively through our Client Relationship Management system.
The Sales and Marketing Executive also plays an important part in helping deliver what is a key differentiator for Flightworx that makes us stand out from the competition. Flightworx takes great pride in its rapid turnaround of accurate and comprehensive quotations and proposals to existing and potential clients. Something which keeps us ahead of our competitors and allows operators to make quick decisions about their trip, increasing the chances of Flightworx gaining their business, and something that the Sales and Marketing Executive will be heavily involved with.
Responsibilities
· Quotations - Preparing and writing quotes for new and existing customers on all services that FWX offer
· Proposals - Preparing and writing proposals for new customers and existing customers
· New Customers - Process new customers ensuring all data is available to all departments, across all FWX systems
· Data Management - Enter and maintain client data in the FWX CRM system, Leon and Centrik systems
· Client Assistance - Deal with incoming calls/emails from new and existing customers, to assist and help generate new sales possibilities
· Social Media - Help source and upload news to the FWX website as well as source and upload relevant news and topics to the FWX social media pages to include Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin
· Marketing - Help to create marketing and sales campaigns using photo shop, mail chimp and other media sources
· Trade Shows - Help to plan and prepare for trade shows and events that FWX attend or showcase at
· Information Management - Become the information guru of the company, insuring all systems including Leon and the CRM system is monitored and kept up to date with daily information
· Customer Relations - Maintain good customer relations with new and existing clients
· Sales – To proactively contact new and existing clients for the purpose of marketing Flightworx services, to encourage new business from new customers or existing clientele.
· Intelligence - Produce reports on industry trends
Essential Skills/Experience Required
· Exceptional ability to task daily.
· Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with all levels within a company, both client and workplace.
· Have the right to work in UK
· Common sense attitude to solving problems and to prevent reoccurrences.
· The drive to make changes and to make decisions reflecting those changes.
· Computer skills, Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Adobe
· Languages preferred but not essential.
· Must have a full clean UK/EU driver’s licence.
· Someone who takes pride in achievement which is demonstrable with sound, solid results.
· A hard working individual who can self-task, believe, motivate and deliver against any scenario.
