Bartender – Opa Bath
Location: Opa Bath, 14 North Parade, Bath, BA2 4AJ

Experience: Previous bar and cocktail-making experience required
Opa Bath is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.
We are a busy Greek restaurant and bar in the heart of Bath, offering a lively atmosphere, great food and a strong drinks and cocktail offering. We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, works well under pressure and takes pride in providing excellent service.
The Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages
- Producing cocktails consistently and to a high standard
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Preparing the bar for service and assisting with closing duties
- Handling orders and payments accurately
- Working efficiently during busy evening and weekend services
- Following all licensing, hygiene and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous professional bar experience and cocktail-making experience are essential for this position.
The successful candidate should:
- Be confident preparing a range of classic and popular cocktails
- Have good knowledge of spirits, wines and other alcoholic beverages
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Work well as part of a team
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
