CEO Media Group Ltd is a rapidly growing B2B publishing company based in Norwich city centre.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for an entry-level office job.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as part of a team. You will support the production team, with tasks varying depending on the current need.
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
· Working and supporting the production team, including raising order numbers, chasing artwork, invoicing, setting up interviews using in-house CRM system (full training will be provided),
· General office tasks as required, (for example, checking stock for office supplies and ordering as needed, buying for office birthdays, etc),
· Website and social media updates (knowledge of WordPress advantageous, but full training will be provided),
· Supporting the recruitment manager with candidate administration,
· Perform other related duties as and when required.
· Experienced in Microsoft Office Package, including Word and Excel,
·Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload whilst working to tight print deadlines.
·A strong attention to detail.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills coupled with self-motivation to meet deadlines under short notice and a changing brief
