Job Description
Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently seeking experienced Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join one of our leading NHS clients in Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated Registered Nurses to work within a supportive NHS environment, providing high-quality patient care across a range of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in accordance with NHS policies and clinical guidelines.
- Assess, monitor and document patients’ clinical condition and respond appropriately to changes in their health.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in line with prescribed treatment plans.
- Carry out clinical observations and escalate any concerns or deterioration appropriately.
- Assist with personal care, nutrition, hydration and mobility where required.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse – Adult (RGN)
- Minimum 6 months’ recent NHS or UK healthcare experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Up-to-date mandatory training, including BLS, Safeguarding and Manual Handling.
- Ability to work long-day and night shifts.
