We're looking for two enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our flagship store on Walcot Street, Bath as Cafe Assistant/Barista's. If you have a genuine appreciation for great food, high-quality ingredients and exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
- These are FULL TIME roles, working set five shifts per week: Tuesday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
As a Café Assistant/Barista, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Duties will include:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks to a high standard
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Describing menu items and making product recommendations
- Delivering food and drinks to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensuring food is presented correctly and meets our quality standards
- Maintaining clean and tidy dining, service and seating areas
- Staying attentive to customers' needs throughout their visit
- Handling customer payments and operating the till
- Supporting the team with general shift duties, including clearing and resetting tables, re stocking , replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café

Requirements
- Previous café, barista or hospitality experience - Essential.
All Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, and have necessary experience to fulfil the responsibilities.
