- Providing customers with quotations
- Building excellent relationships with your customer base
- Identifying new opportunities with your customer in order to cross and upsell
- Using a CRM system

- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Great telephone manner and engaging personality
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers
- Keen to learn and develop
