We are seeking someone with a commitment to improving mental health outcomes through meaningful service user involvement to join us as Coproduction Lead. Working within our Quality and Improvement Team you will promote and develop service user and carer involvement and coproduction throughout the organisation.
If you are enthusiastic about working in a mental health organisation, developing opportunities and supporting people in coproduction and promoting client voice, this could be the role for you, as you will:

Support, advise and work alongside coproduction groups, the Senior Leadership Team and regional services to develop the organisation’s practice in co production

Work with our Learning & Development Team to develop and provide induction, further training, advice and support to staff, clients and carers regarding best practice in coproduction

Advise teams on developing service specific plans to benefit from the experience, feedback and advice of the people receiving their service and their carers, based on the principles of the 4PI Standards

Work with the Volunteer and Peer Services to support the development of a diverse group of STAR members, Peers and Volunteers that reflects the communities we work in

Provide support and guidance to other coproduction roles across the organisation
Location: Bristol and the South West (hybrid office and home working)
Salary: £38,717 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

About you
You will:

be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services

have a proven knowledge and understanding of the National Involvement Standards (the 4PIs) and other best practice approaches to client and carer involvement
-
have the ability and motivation to work with a Recovery focused and Psychological, Adversity and Trauma informed approach
-
be confident communicating with a wide range services users and staff
