We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective personal assistant. The successful candidate will have:
Duties will include:
- Diary management, booking meetings and appointments, scheduling calls
- Liaising with clients and their assistants
- Briefing director on upcoming meetings
- Inbox management - monitoring and actioning emails
- Keeping track of due dates on calendar/information
- Maintaining spreadsheets of details
- Maintain supplier relations and manage incoming invoices
- Handle deeply sensitive and highly confidential information on an ongoing basis
- Creating and formatting documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Have previous PA experience
- Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Be calm under pressure and be able to meet deadlines set
- Have good problem solving skills
- Have a proactive approach with ability to use own initiative
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter
- Excellent MS Office skills – Word
This position is based six days per week (Mon - Sat) for 2 hrs/day; remote working and occasionally from the principal's office and residence in London.
We are happy to invite University students.
