Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience. Applicants must be 18 years and up . Must be experienced.
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and food items efficiently and courteously to customers.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation at the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing orders.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to fulfil customer orders promptly and efficiently.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering queries about the menu.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
