We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Aesthetics Practitioner/Skin Therapist to join our busy, established aesthetics clinic in Lytham. Founded in 2019, we have a loyal customer base and an excellent reputation with 4.9★ rating on both Google and Trustpilot.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team, providing high-quality skin and aesthetic treatments to a loyal and growing client base. Initially, the role is approximately 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position as your client diary grows.
Practitioners with experience in aesthetic injectables are particularly encouraged to apply.
The Role
You'll provide a range of professional skin and aesthetic treatments while delivering outstanding customer care and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Previous experience in aesthetics or advanced skin treatments such as HIFU, RF Microneedling,
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Confidence using professional aesthetic devices and skincare products
- A genuine passion for client care and achieving exceptional treatment outcomes
- A positive, friendly personality and the ability to build rapport with clients from all backgrounds
- Excellent attention to detail and high professional standards
Desirable
- Experience with anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers
- Knowledge of advanced skin treatments and treatment planning
