About the role
As our Chef, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standard while helping us develop exciting new menu ideas as our business grows.
Your responsibilities will include:

Running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
● Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality food.
● Creating and developing new menu items.
● Managing stock levels and reducing food waste.
● Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety.
● Working closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has previous experience working as a chef.
● Is passionate about food and takes pride in everything they produce.
● Is creative and enjoys developing new dishes and seasonal menus.
● Works well under pressure and has excellent organisational skills.
● Has a strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety.
● Is reliable, motivated, and excited to be part of a growing business.

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Solid understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Previous restaurant experience that highlights your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality principles, including serving practices and guest interaction skills
- Experience in food production, kitchen management, and maintaining high-quality service standards
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
