We're looking for a reliable, friendly Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.
The Role
As a Bartender, you'll be a key part of our front-of-house team, creating a warm and enjoyable experience for every guest. You'll prepare and serve drinks, engage with customers, and help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar area.
You'll work as part of a close-knit team, supporting busy periods, weekends, private events, and seasonal trade as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing warm, friendly, and professional customer service
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Taking orders and handling payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar area
- Ensuring glassware, equipment, and workstations are kept to high standards
- Assisting with stock deliveries and stock rotation
- Following licensing regulations, food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Is friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability
- Has good attention to detail
- Can work calmly and efficiently during busy periods
- Has previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Is willing to learn and maintain high standards of service
