Overview
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national housing developer who have a strong presence in the market. Their head office is based out of Southampton, Hampshire and they cover sites across the whole of the south coast. These range from Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex with any town in between. They have many new sites due to start over the next 12 months and are now seeking an experienced site manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Current site location negotiable as can move around depending on location etc. This will be working full time and the salary ranging between £65k - £75k p/a + package DOE. This will be to start immediately based on successful interview.

- Calling off materials

Experience
- Must be experienced as a site manager within the housing sector, specifically working on a high-volume site
- Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Ideally somebody who has won NHBC PIJ awards desirable not essential
- Strong with managing Sub-Contractors and to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Proficient
- Punctual
- Work to drawings
